I finally found some plant based protein, it seems like everything had milk in it. But, I finally found what I needed locally. I've had to order online in the past but now I can get it at my local grocery store.


I already enjoyed a tasty Strawberry 🍓 Banana 🍌 smoothie 🥤. It was tasty.

The most powerful weapon at our disposal when it comes to health and fitness is knowledge, what we don't know can actually kill us, and even if it doesn't, it will definitely make life more difficult. We must become more discipline when it comes to what we know about health, or even our own personal health. When our health suffers so will we, our business, and all connect areas of our lives. Our fitness also determines if we are fit enough to manifest our plan, dreams and vision; we must level up our level of fitness physically, mentally and spiritually, to experience the level of success we envision in these areas.
